Determined

She/He is confident, persistent, and focused.

Visionary

A visionary leader sees possibilities where others see problems. She/He has an optimistic view of the future.

She/He looks beyond the present and imagines new ways to solve old problems.

Collaborative

A collaborative leader works together with others to reach common goals.

She/He listens to all viewpoints.

She/He encourages input from all members of the group.

Importance of knowing your leadership style
