I have personally tested all tools listed on this page; These are extremely important for blogging.
WordPress – The best CMS for blogging.
I use WordPress for all my blogs and Websites. You can find many tools related and support to WordPress platform as it is my first choice for blog, website, and landing pages.
GeneratePress is a very lightweight and most popular WordPress theme, and I use this theme for some of my blogs.
It is a fantastic WordPress theme. Most of the Affiliate bloggers using and recommend Thrive membership. I use it for my Affiliate websites.
Divi is the most popular and dominant theme in the market by Elegant theme, that’s the reason I use it on SproutCluster.
Elementor Pro is my favorite plugin to design all my landing pages, especially on Affiliate websites. I use this plugin on more than 10 sites.
It is a more robust WordPress page building; I use it to build my landing page on most blogs, including SproutCluster.
When you have Thrive Membership, no need to go with any other page builder, it comes with Thrive Architect, an excellent page builder.
Use the WP-Rocket WordPress plugin to load your website/blog with lightning speed. It gives a great experience to your readers.
To enable social engagement on my website, I use the social snap WordPress plugin. It is feature-rich and mobile responsive.
For me, this is the best tool to compress and optimize images on pages and posts automatically. It is compelling and time-saver.
Email Opt-in and lead generation plugin with several features and integration for Divi user no need to use any other plugin; it comes with Divi theme.
The best Social Media sharing plugin comes with the Divi theme without any extra cost. It is my first choice when I use the Divi theme for my blog.
Thirsty Affiliate is a lifesaver plugin for affiliate marketing; I recommend this plugin to link cloaking and affiliate link management. I highly recommended it.
I always recommend SiteGround to a new blogger, as it is not costly and provide excellent service with ultra-fast support.
I recommend WPX Hosting for your blog when you need low cost managed wordpress hosting with inbuilt CDN.
Hostgator provide excellent shared hosting service with cheap price and unlimited traffic. It is fit for new bloggers.
It is the fastest managed WordPress hosting, provides ultra-fast CDN and cache. I am using Kinsta for three years without any issues.
I was using it as WordPress hosting for my clients. If you host your client’s website, it provides fantastic features and dashboard.
WP Engine is a direct competitor of Kinsta WordPress hosting; It is also a good option if you don’t want to use kinsta.
SEO and Keyword Tools
SEMrush is the tool that I use along with Ahrefs for various needs like Keyword research, site audit, etc.
Ahrefs is one of the tools that I use almost every day for the SEO checklist, Backlink Analysis, and Competitor Analysis, etc.
I use SpyFu to research keywords and find high PPC keywords to increase organic and paid traffic on my affiliate blogs.
Mongools is also an excellent budget-friendly SEO tool for new bloggers, as it is affordable and easy to use.
I use LongTailPro to research long-tail keywords, which help me to build domain authority fast and rank posts of #1 on Google.
I use Link-able to build high class targeted backlinks and boost my SEO to reach #1 on google.
Marketing & Automation Tools
GetResponse is my other choice for Email Marketing and Webinars. It provides me the best result for affiliate marketing on emails and landing pages.
I use Leadpages and Unbounce both platforms for landing pages and static sites and getting impressive results using both the platform. Highly Recommend.
Convertkit is one of my favorite marketing tools, use with customer behavior, conditional email delivery, and on-site form for a signup, contact, etc.
I use numbers of email marketing tools, Aweber is one of them, and it also gives a good result for email engagement. I highly recommended it.
ActiveCampaign is one of my favorite tool for Email Marketing. I use it for email automation on some of my blogs.
I use Unbounce and Leadpages for landing pages; they have several features for affiliate marketing. You can use it for your affiliate lead conversion.
I use pabbly for one of my ecommerce websites. It provides subscription-based billing, marketing, forms, and many more features. I highly recommend it.
MailerLite is also one of the email marketing tools, which I use with my new blog as it is very for 1000 subscribers, an excellent tool for new bloggers.
If you are doing an online service business or providing a digital course, you must use the kajabi platform as it is an All-in-one business platform.
The Email marketing tool is having advanced features like behavior-based emails and workflow. I use it to automate my email flow.
It is the best tool to drive traffic from marketing to sales, an excellent tool to grow your online business. I use it and highly recommend it to you.
I use ManyChat to build my Facebook page messenger bots, as ManyChat is useful to build Messenger bot and easy to use.
Zapier helps me to do automation for repetitive tasks. It helps me to save many hours and useful if you want to automate regular stuff.
It is a perfect marketing tools which I was using previously. Now I moved on all advanced tools, but still, it is suitable for new bloggers.
I use forms on my site with a logical and conditional jump for the next step and also do critical integration. Typeform helps to build these workflows.
Ninja out Reach
I use this tool to outreach for building backlinks, managing the replies, and many more—ultimate tools when you focus on SEO.
Buzzstream is another tool I use along with Ninja Out-Reach. It is a cost saver and excellent tools for building backlinks and PR.
It is also one of the Out-Reach tools used by most of my blogger friends, I have not used it yet, but as per review it is good and providing list cleaning also.
Other Important Tools
Teachable is the best tool for creators to create and sell online courses and share your knowledge. It is best to have several features to use.
Gleam is the best tool to make your content viral and accessible by creating and managing referrals and competitions with rewards for participants.
